Armed Security Officer State Site

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at transportation-related locations. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, parking areas, perimeter areas, and assigned exterior locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, roadway-related events, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following site procedures and applicable laws. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity, damaged property, and security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, Allied Universal policy, and site-specific procedures. This role includes a fixed six-month commitment for anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform. Candidates must possess a concealed carry permit, be at least 21 years old, and complete industry-specific training.
