Job Summary
Conduct site checks, complete incident reports, and investigate accidents using current technology. Manage a team of security officers by delivering orientation, coaching employees, and implementing disciplinary actions as necessary. Stand post when suitable officers are unavailable and respond to communications regarding call-offs or no-shows per protocol. Communicate with guards on scheduling, staffing, equipment, and record keeping to ensure smooth service delivery. Participate in recruiting, interviewing potential officers, and completing new hire paperwork. Evaluate service quality, inspect posts, and initiate corrective actions while maintaining compliance with laws and company policies. This role operates Monday through Sunday from 6:15 pm to 10:15 pm as a part-time position.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate
- GED or H.S. Equivalent
- Texas Level 3
- Driver's License
- 1+ years of security experience
- Must be present in the field or office during assigned shift
- May require some local and long distance travel
