Armed Security Officer

Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas to secure access points and protect property residents. Actively observe surroundings, engage with customers and associates, and respond to emergency situations while adhering to site-specific post orders. Write detailed shift reports using company technology and communicate daily updates to the Branch Patrol Supervisor regarding client needs, route changes, and operational concerns. Manage assigned patrol vehicle maintenance including fueling, washing, and inspections, while caring for Signal equipment such as radios and access keys. Deescalate issues through professional communication and maintain strict adherence to dress code, time commitments, and reporting standards.
