Job Summary
Armed Security Officer responsible for patrols (foot and vehicle) of courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to ensure all access points are secured and property/residents are protected with a high degree of attentiveness. Role includes writing detailed reports using company technology, arriving on time for shifts, engaging with customers and associates, and communicating with supervisors about route changes and post orders. Starting pay is $20/hr. Preferred certifications include OPATA; additional certifications such as First Aid/CPR/AED are beneficial. Must pass FBI/BCI background checks, have a cell data-enabled phone for reporting tools, and hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
