Job Summary
Armed Security Officer in Fresno, CA. Responsible for conducting patrols (foot and vehicle) of courtyards, offices, pools, and high value areas to protect property and residents. Produce detailed reports using company software, maintain post orders, and ensure access security. Engage with clients and coworkers to deliver professional service, deescalate issues, and provide peace of mind. Operates a patrol vehicle, performs vehicle inspections, and manages equipment such as radios and keys. Must meet shift requirements including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires valid California BSIS Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit, 21+ years old, a HS diploma or GED, successful background check and drug test, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Training completed within the first month. Opportunities for advancement from part-time to full-time and leadership roles.
