Job Summary
Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas to secure access points and protect property while actively observing surroundings and engaging with customers. Write detailed shift reports using company technology and app-based software, manage assigned patrol vehicles including fueling and maintenance, and care for Signal equipment such as radios and access keys. Consistently communicate with the Branch Patrol Supervisor via Daily Scrum to relay client needs, route changes, and post order updates, deescalate issues professionally, and report any property or customer concerns. Maintain a valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable transportation to meet time commitments and dress code standards.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
