Job Summary
Monitor premises and patrol various locations to maintain a safe, secure environment for clients. Enforce regulations and directives regarding personnel, visitors, and the site area while providing customer service and information to employees and patrons. Serve as a physical deterrent and respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation. Maintain vigilance throughout shifts, remain calm during stressful situations, and work independently with professional demeanor. Requires valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening. Full training provided.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Great attention to detail
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- Willingness to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
- Driver Certification
- Valid driver's license
