Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach while conducting regular and random patrols around business and perimeter areas. Maintain deescalation skills and utilize OPOTA licensing to safeguard individuals across commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government sectors. Complete industry-specific security and safety training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent deescalation skills
- Prior experience with children in a professional capacity
- 2+ years security experience
- Must have OPOTA License
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
