Armed Security Officer

Armed Security Officer responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, assets, team members, and visitors. Duties include patrolling the property, identifying suspicious activity, enforcing company policies, and providing extraordinary customer service. Must remain vigilant, professional, and maintain integrity; able to document incidents and communicate with authorities. Must be adaptable to day, afternoon, and evening shifts; travel between locations may be required. Must have or obtain BSIS Power to Arrest training; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; prior security guard experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Role emphasizes creating a positive, safe environment, reporting irregularities, and maintaining compliance with local, state, federal, and BSIS regulations.
