Armed Security Officer Retail - Louetta Rd.

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas. Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, and report observations through established site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and emergency responders as needed. Maintain professional armed presence while assisting with access control, customer concerns, and security-related inquiries. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule at an assigned site in Spring, TX, with opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts through the Claim-A-Shift program.
