Job Summary
Conduct security patrols and respond to incidents while providing customer service at assigned sites in Signal Hill, CA. Execute emergency response activities, carry out site-specific policies, and utilize smart tools to claim additional shifts through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program. Maintain a six-month commitment on anchor shifts with the option to scale up to 40 hours weekly or reduce hours as needed. Participate in industry-specific training and undergo required background investigations and drug screens. Requires an armed guard card, six months of relevant experience, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- An armed guard card or license
- A minimum of 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only

- Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton
- Comfort using a computer or tablet
