Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, grounds, parking, and perimeter points, to deter unauthorized activity and document security concerns. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations while assisting with de-escalation, emergency communications, and coordination with onsite personnel or public agencies during medical, fire, or urgent events. Verify credentials at access points and support controlled entry procedures. Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and the public by carrying out assigned procedures and location-specific policies. Work part-time shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays. Maintain a reliable, agile approach with strong customer service and communication skills while acting with integrity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
