Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols of financial institution locations, including business areas, entrances, parking, ATMs, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to alarms, incidents, disturbances, and critical situations with professionalism while providing customer service to members, visitors, and employees. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and report suspicious activity or policy concerns. Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures. Work overnight shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, at a Raleigh, NC site. Requires Armed Guard Card, two years of law enforcement or military experience, and age 21 or older.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience
- Possess an Armed Guard Card or License
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Pepper Spray Certification is preferred
