Armed Security Officer

Armed Security Officer for a high-interaction, people-facing security role. Responsibilities include monitoring property and reporting suspicious activity, responding to emergencies, completing daily activity logs and incident reports, de-escalating conflicts, and performing additional security duties. Must hold PA Act 235 certification and a High School Diploma or GED, with at least 3 years of customer service and 3 years of security/military/law enforcement experience. Strong communication and de-escalation skills, basic computer knowledge (email, reports, Microsoft Office), reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and OPS training. Additional CPR/AED/First Aid/BLS training preferred or obtainable. Physical requirements include standing/patrolling for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and maintaining a professional appearance. Prior experience in shelters, behavioral health, healthcare security, customer service, or high-contact security environments is highly preferred.
