Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving zones, parking lots, and perimeters while maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to alarms and critical situations professionally, escalating concerns per site procedures, and provide customer service to shoppers and store personnel. Monitor access points to prevent unauthorized entry and theft, then prepare accurate reports detailing observations and policy violations for leadership. Requires a valid driver's license and Level III Armed Certification in Texas, with a day shift schedule from 10:30 AM to 11:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas
