Armed Security Officer — Miramar, FL

Maintain an armed protective presence at assigned posts within a government facility classified as critical infrastructure. Control and monitor facility access points, verify credentials, and screen visitors while conducting interior and exterior patrols to identify and address security concerns. Monitor surveillance systems, alarms, and communications equipment, then respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in accordance with post orders and established protocols. Document all activity, observations, and incidents in detailed written reports while enforcing site-specific post orders, facility rules, and federal/state regulations. Coordinate with site supervision, client representatives, and emergency responders as needed. This role supports Protective Services within SecurTec's Physical Security division, safeguarding personnel, property, and assets at this critical infrastructure site in Miramar, FL.
