Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity and monitor visitor access. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances while following established protocols, and provide customer service to patients, staff, and vendors. Complete required reports and documentation accurately, maintain professional communication with healthcare personnel, and support a respectful environment. Work day shifts from noon to 8 PM Monday through Friday, earning $23.69 per hour. An armed guard card or license is required, with a background investigation and drug screen as conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
