Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter zones to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances while following established protocols, and monitor access points and visitor activity to support access control procedures. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting. Complete required reports and documentation accurately, maintain professional communication with healthcare personnel, and support a respectful environment for all individuals at the location.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license

- Access control and badge experience
- Customer service experience
