Job Summary
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, identifying potential security breaches or hazards. Deter, detect, and respond to security threats or incidents promptly and professionally. Control access points and monitor premises to prevent unauthorized access. Provide emergency response, including de-escalation, arrest control, and restraining individuals as necessary. Maintain clear and concise incident reports and documentation for all security-related incidents. Engage with individuals in a courteous and professional manner to enforce rules and regulations. Coordinate with local law enforcement when required. This role requires a background in law enforcement, military police, or corrections, including valid firearm licensing and certification in arrest control. Candidates must work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Background in Military Police, law enforcement, or certified corrections
- Must have own firearm and a valid license to carry
- Armed guard license in applicable states
- Certified in arrest control
- Certified in handcuff use
- Certified in baton use
- Must pass random drug testing
- Must pass psychological evaluation (MMPI exam)
- Capable of performing physical duties such as patrolling, responding to incidents, and managing potentially intense confrontations
- Understanding of and commitment to all local, state, and federal security and firearm regulations
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Capable of lifting or moving objects up to 50 lbs as needed
- Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift)
- Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- High School Diploma
- Driver's License

- Must have obtained Top Security Clearance in the past 5 years
- Must have obtained a Security Clearance in the past 5 years
- Strong observational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and de-escalation abilities
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Prior training or certification in security management, conflict resolution, or emergency response
