Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established escalation protocols. Conduct regular armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access control points and verify authorized entry for employees, vendors, and deliveries. Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate security issues to site leadership. This part-time role in Aurora, CO, includes a six-month fixed shift commitment with an option to claim additional shifts through the Smart Tools platform. A valid armed guard card, high school diploma, and background investigation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
