Armed Security Officer Flex Bank

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by executing security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly while following established escalation and reporting protocols. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access control points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures. Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations, concerns, and security-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management. This role requires a six-month fixed-shift commitment with an option to pick up additional shifts through the Claim-A-Shift program. Applicants must possess an armed guard card or license, be at least 21 years of age, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
