Job Summary
Conduct armed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following established protocols and reporting requirements. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers while monitoring access points and reporting suspicious conditions. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation, communicating professionally with site representatives, law enforcement, and emergency responders. Complete industry-specific security training programs and participate in the Claim-A-Shift program to earn additional income. This part-time role in Brooklyn, NY, offers a six-month fixed-shift commitment with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Concealed Carry Weapons Permit
- Armed Guard Card or License
- Law Enforcement Officer License
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Valid driver's license
