Job Summary
Conduct patrols within and around the facility on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to safeguard personnel, property, and classified information. Enforce site rules and directives while greeting guests, escorting visitors, and securing ingress and egress points. Respond to security alarms, act as a first responder in emergencies, and provide first aid as necessary. Report safety concerns, breaches, and unusual circumstances via written and verbal communication to clients and other security personnel. Maintain order and ensure compliance with site-specific performance manuals and post orders.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Armed Guard Card/License
- 1+ Years' Armed Security/Law Enforecement/Military Experience
- Valid Drivers License
- CPR Certification
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) position appropriate level security clearance
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of law enforcement, military, or private armed security experience
- Minimum of 21 years of age (or higher if required by the state)
- Must be a United States Citizen in order to obtain the required government clearance
- Must be able to articulate and write clear and concise incident or situation reports
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher In Criminal Justice, Business, or a related field
