Job Summary
Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols in retail sales areas, parking lots, and loading zones to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and customer concerns while maintaining a visible presence. Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, then document all observations and incidents accurately. Provide customer service and support site-specific security procedures. Requires Level III Armed Certification in Texas, a valid driver's license, and a background investigation. Full-time role with evening shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
