Job Summary
Conduct routine armed patrols of the facility, surrounding property, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document unusual activity or policy violations. Maintain equipment readiness and complete accurate patrol, incident, and shift documentation. Work day shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM at a financial institution in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card or license
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
