Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas and perimeters, stay visible to deter unauthorized access, and respond to incidents by documenting observations and reporting concerns per site protocols. Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities as needed. Maintain professionalism and teamwork while supporting daily operations at this government location. Schedule includes Wed and Thu shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license
- Have 6 months or more of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
