Job Summary
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter while providing customer service and executing safety and security procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner with appropriate use-of-force discretion. Maintain permits, complete required training, and pass firearm range qualifications before carrying a weapon. Work weekends and flexible shifts including swing or overnight rotations as a rover position. Requires a California armed security license, valid driver's license, and background investigation clearance.
Required Qualifications
- MUST be available WEEKENDS
- open and flexible to various shifts (swing or overnight)
- This is a ROVER position
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- California armed security license
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- This site has strict grooming standards, including, but not limited to being clean shaven and covering all visible tattoos
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
