Armed Security Guard - Medical Facility

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, disturbances, and critical situations following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the shelter location, surrounding grounds, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately. Maintain proficiency with assigned equipment and follow all applicable laws, licensing requirements, post orders, and Allied Universal policies. Complete a six-month fixed-shift commitment at an assigned site in San Antonio, TX, with the option to pick up additional shifts through the Claim-A-Shift program. Requires an armed guard card, three years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification.
