Armed Security Guard- Full-Time

Armed Security Guard – Full-Time: Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm at two Kansas City, MO locations. Responsibilities include monitoring premises to deter unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism; conducting regular site patrols; monitoring surveillance equipment; maintaining professionalism in client interactions; accurately documenting incidents and reporting them to the appropriate personnel. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, armed license, cannabis agent ID, and ownership of a firearm with a level 2 retention holster or higher. Previous armed security or related experience is preferred. Must be able to stand/walk/patrol for extended periods, respond quickly in emergencies, and demonstrate strong situational awareness, de-escalation, and communication skills.
