Armed Security Guard

Provide armed security services at a government facility in Alexandria, VA, by monitoring and controlling access to restricted areas. Conduct walking and vehicle patrols to protect personnel, property, and equipment while performing traffic control, inspections, and security screening activities. Communicate effectively via radio, telephone, and in person, interacting professionally with government employees, visitors, and the public. Enforce security procedures and comply with government regulations and site-specific policies. Maintain a Secret clearance and hold Armed Security Guard certification through DCJS. This role supports a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facility.
