Job Summary
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, clergy, and program participants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a cultural institution. Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, entrances, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor management during worship services, cultural programs, special events, and daily operations. Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management. This role requires an Armed Guard Card or License, age 21 or older, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Fixed-shift commitment of six months with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.
