Job Summary
Field Training Officer (FTO) to support rapid-response coverage across multiple client sites, train new hires on-site, and assist with field operations, dispatch, and reporting. Candidates should bring 2+ years of security experience, leadership or supervisory exposure, and active BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit. Responsibilities include providing same-day coverage for open shifts, site visits, staff training, post-order compliance, incident reporting, vehicle inspections, and equipment/material deliveries, while maintaining professionalism and adaptability across locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of security experience
- 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Active BSIS Guard Card
- Active BSIS Firearm Permit
- All BSIS Training Courses Completed & Available
- 8-Hour Guard Card Course (PTA/WMD or AUF)
- 32-Hours Continuing Education Courses
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
- Tech-savvy (smartphones, reporting tools, Google Suite)
