Job Summary
Armed Security Flex Officer in Federalsburg, MD responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring the premises, enforcing access control, documenting security activity via Daily Activity Reports and incident reports, controlling vehicle and personnel access, and responding to emergencies. Duties include operating security equipment (CCTV, vehicle scales, computer systems), enforcing client and Sizemore policies, and contributing to a culture of improvement, reliability, safety, and teamwork. Must possess a Maryland Guard Card, be 18+, and be able to work any shift. Pay rate is $22.00/hour. Dress code requires tattoos not visible while in uniform; facial hair must be neat and clean shaven except for a mustache; tattoos on head/neck/face must not be visible; facial piercings removed while on duty. Location: Federalsburg, MD, United States.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school graduate or GED
- Maryland Guard Card
- Prior security/military/law enforcement experience preferred
- Ability to pass criminal background check and employment verification
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screens
- Proficient with MS Office (preferred)
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle potentially stressful situations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
