Job Summary
Conduct security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle, watch for irregular conditions, and sound alarms or call emergency services for fires or unauthorized persons. Warn violators of rule infractions, permit authorized entry, monitor exits, and investigate incidents while maintaining required written logs. Aid customers, employees, and visitors professionally and make emergency notifications per site Post Orders. Work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice in Denver. Valid driver's license and background investigation required; background check considers criminal histories per applicable laws.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of verifiable experience
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Identify critical issues quickly and accurately

Desired Qualifications
