Job Summary
Conduct safe and efficient transportation of valuables while issuing and receiving confirmation receipts to verify each transfer. Operate large armored vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions, maintaining vigilance for customers, colleagues, and the community. Follow highest levels of driver safety and interact professionally with customers to develop rapport meeting high service standards. Maintain active guard and firearm permits and hold a valid, clean driver's license. Complete required training on ATMs to increase pay rate from $23.50 hourly. This role requires heavy lifting capabilities and strong communication skills via radio and in person.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- valid and clean driver's license
- Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively in person and by radio
- willingness to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
- ability to lift 50lbs+
- ability to follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions
- vigilance in all areas for customers, colleagues, and the community
- ability to have and maintain the necessary licenses for your area to work as an armored truck driver/messenger
