Job Summary
Conduct safe and efficient transportation of valuables while issuing and receiving confirmation receipts to verify each transfer. Operate large armored vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions, maintaining the highest levels of driver safety and vigilance for customers, colleagues, and the community. Act professionally to develop rapport with customers, ensuring strong communication in person and by radio. Maintain active guard and firearm permits and hold a valid, clean driver's license. Perform heavy lifting tasks exceeding 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- valid and clean driver's license
- active guard and firearm permits or licenses
- strong customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively in person and by radio
- willingness to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
- ability to lift 50lbs+
- ability to follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions
- ability to be vigilant in all areas for customers, colleagues, and the community
- ability to have and maintain the necessary licenses for your area to work as an armored truck driver/messenger
