Job Summary
Provide visitor support using the visitor In/Out-processes for DISA staff, guards, vendors, and service providers requesting access to a DISA Data Center. Validate visitor identification, ensure visitation documents are complete, capture Common Access Control information, and verify clearance levels and access requests. Perform physical security checks of the facility on a recurring basis and escort non-cleared visitors or vendors as directed. Respond appropriately to routine requests and inquiries related to physical security and entry control policy. Maintain onsite presence 100% of the time while armed during duty. Work Saturday and Sunday shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm, with a possible third shift on Monday from 10 pm to 6 am.
Required Qualifications
- Secret Clearance
- LEVEL III: State Armed Guard Training and Certification with certificates uploaded in TOPS (must have pocket card in hand)
- Secondary Use of Force Training
- High School Diploma
- 3 years' physical security
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for Monday 10 pm - 6 am shift
- Must be onsite 100% of the time
- Must be armed while on duty
