Job Summary
Armed Gatehouse Security Officer responsibilities include conducting armed foot and/or vehicle patrols (interior and exterior), performing access control, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, responding to emergencies, preparing detailed incident and activity reports, and maintaining a high level of customer service while interacting with residents and guests. Requires license credentials (Florida Class D and G) and a valid driver’s license, plus ability to pass background, drug, and mental health assessments. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Florida Class D and G security licenses
