Armed Flex Security Officer - Part Time Schedule

Provide customer service and execute security-related procedures at a retail grocery location. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to deter theft and trespassing. Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner. Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and security concerns while completing accurate incident documentation. Support emergency response activities and coordinate with location management and first responders. This role includes a six-month fixed-shift commitment with an option to pick up additional shifts via the Claim-A-Shift program. Applicants must be at least 21, hold a Level III Armed Guard Card, and possess a valid driver's license.
