Job Summary
Conduct regular patrols of industrial, commercial, and residential premises to deter intrusion and ensure doors, windows, and gates remain secure. Inspect equipment for tampering, respond to alarms, and investigate disturbances by documenting issues via reports, photos, or audio clips. Apprehend violators, control crowds, and assist in emergency evacuations while contacting police or property management as needed. Maintain an authoritative visual presence to prevent crime and report safety hazards or unauthorized access. This Level III armed position requires a Texas security license and is located in College Station, TX, with seasonal availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be registered OR successfully complete minimum Level III Security Commissioned Officer training through a school licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau in order to be registered for armed guard positions
- Successfully pass criminal history background check
- Commissioned Security Officer
- Level III (Duty Weapon License)
- Open Availability Required
