ARMC ED RN

Review patient needs and conditions to deliver direct nursing care on the assigned unit. Analyze medical history, diagnostic results, and current status to develop individualized care plans. Prepare nursing processes including medication administration and treatments. Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional needs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning. Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, one year of RN experience, and a valid North Carolina or Compact state license. BLS certification is required.
