ARMC ED Nursing Manager

Manage a team of experienced professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing services. Lead the execution of key divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives by establishing clear targets, goals, and expectations. Direct the team in developing and implementing processes to align with organizational policies and best practices. Approve opportunities and recommendations for enhanced practices to optimize outcomes and effectiveness. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, five years as a Registered Nurse with one year in a clinical specialty, and a valid NC or Compact state license. Includes BLS certification through the American Red Cross or AHA.
