Execute grain pre-cleaning, washing, drying, aeration, and storage operations in silos according to company standards to ensure volume and quality for final delivery. Control equipment systems and manage grain classification during unloading, while regulating machinery to meet established quality patterns. Perform grain loading onto grain trucks using control panels for proper shipment and expedite goods to clients. Inspect equipment for anomalies, make minor adjustments, and issue maintenance service orders to ensure operational functionality. Maintain work area organization, cleaning and conserving locations, machines, and equipment in accordance with the 5S program. Participate in meetings, internal lectures, and training courses to acquire additional knowledge for efficient task execution. Adhere to quality, safety, and environmental regulations to prevent accidents and environmental impacts.
