Armament Supervisor

Troubleshoot, inspect, and replace weapons system components while managing and supervising weapons load crews. Plan scheduling, implement training certification policies, and oversee upload/download of aircraft munitions and ACMI pods. Utilize weapons systems test equipment and advise RSAF on load configurations and maintenance discipline. Document maintenance records, historical data, and research parts for ordering. Perform on-the-job training with assigned trainees. Requires F-17 skill level, knowledge of OJT documentation, and familiarity with maintenance manuals and explosive safety procedures.
