Job Summary
Armada Competition Manager overseeing daily operations and strategic development of varsity and community gaming programs. Responsible for coordinating team schedules, facilitating high-quality scrimmages, and leading VOD reviews to enhance tactical performance. Serves as a mentor to student-athletes and primary liaison between coaching staff and the athletic department to ensure a cohesive competitive vision. Positions are located on and worked from campus in Winter Park, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Meaningful experience in collegiate esports or building competitive teams at the collegiate level
- Experience coordinating schedules, scrims, and competition logistics
- Ability to mentor student-athletes and liaise with coaching staff and athletic department
- Familiarity with VOD reviews and performance analysis as teaching tools
- Strong coaching instincts and collaboration within a team
