Job Summary

Review daily sales performance against targets, build monthly dashboards covering revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA, and conduct variance analysis to drive decision-making for the CP commercial team. Manage credit risk by analyzing customer segmentation, approving limit changes, executing debt collection activities, and reconciling account receivables to ensure accurate cash allocation. Prepare rolling forecasts, support the annual budgeting cycle, and track promotional ROI while maintaining compliance with trade finance policies and group audit standards. Act as a trusted finance partner to sales leadership, utilizing Power BI and SAP ERP to standardize reporting and optimize financial controls across Pakistan's CP, Vegetable Seeds, and Flowers portfolios.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in corporate credit management, accounts receivable, or commercial finance within a multinational or matrix organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in credit risk assessment, A/R reconciliation, and debt collection activities
  • Hands-on experience with cash allocation processes and resolution of unallocated or disputed payments
  • Experience in financial analysis, commercial reporting, and business partnering with sales or commercial teams
  • Experience working with SAP ERP in a decentralised environment
  • Relevant professional qualification in progress or completed: ACCA / CIMA / CA / CPA or local equivalent (ICAP – CA / ACCA affiliate, PIPFA)

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA / MSc Finance / MSc Economics)
  • Completion of a full professional qualification (ACCA / CA / CIMA)
  • Credit management or trade finance qualification
  • Data analytics certification (e.g. Power BI, SAC, Advanced Excel)
  • Change management or project management certification
  • Experience working in or with franchisee-based distribution models
  • Familiarity with Trade Finance instruments (Letters of Credit, documentary collections, bank guarantees)
  • FSCM experience
