Job Summary
Demand Planning Analyst responsible for supporting demand forecasting through modelling and analysis to enhance forecast accuracy; collaborate with commercial teams to gain insights, analyse data for proposals, and manage inventory to align with demand and Group policies; monitor weekly forecast accuracy and identify gaps; lead improvement opportunities including automation and best-in-class reporting; determine total volume needs for the Group Supply based on sales structure and available inventory; develop deep understanding of the commercial business model and its key drivers to deliver value-added analysis for strategic decisions; drive cost efficiencies across freight, logistics, and inventory levels.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Retail dealing with Sales, Marketing and Finance leads
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modelling, and PowerPoint for presenting findings to stakeholders
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1)
- ORACLE knowledge would be a plus
- Experience working with PowerBI to read and interpret reports (no need to create them)
- A proactive and motivated mindset with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize
- Team player
