Job Summary
Design and develop robust, scalable solutions across Microsoft platforms including Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, translating business challenges into integrated solutions that align with operational needs and drive digital transformation. Architect integrations connecting Microsoft ecosystems with existing customer business systems while prioritizing simplicity, security, and long-term sustainability. Support organizations in improving processes and achieving measurable business value through expert technical guidance and relationship building.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing, developing, and architecting solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE), and the Power Platform
- Strong technical skills in C#, .NET, SQL, Web API, Dynamics 365 plugins, and Microsoft Dataverse
- Hands-on experience building and supporting integrations using Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and related technologies
- Experience working in a consulting environment, with the ability to communicate effectively, provide expert advice, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and organisational change programmes
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, and Customer Insights
