Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all guests by creating a best-in-class experience across admissions, culinary, guest services, and housekeeping departments. Assist with guest flow throughout the attraction, handle ticket and food transactions, and maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, grounds, and restrooms. Actively monitor and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff while adhering to safety standards and wearing proper personal protective equipment. This seasonal role supports the Ark Encounter mission during Fall 2026, requiring the ability to move and stand for long periods in varied weather conditions.

- Wear proper slip-resistant footwear, aprons, hats/hair nets and personal protective equipment when operating sharp and hot equipment

- rotation of date sensitive inventory and cleaning
