Job Summary
Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy primarily via telehealth with optional in-person sessions, developing and managing treatment plans for anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment needs. Document clearly in the electronic health record, maintain continuity of care, and collaborate with providers and referral partners to coordinate patient progress. Participate in peer consultation as needed while operating independently within a structured outpatient setting. This hybrid, telehealth-first role offers a starting caseload of 10–20 patients weekly with full administrative and billing support. Required Qualifications
- Active Arizona license as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), in good standing
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
